Dr Reena Ohm

Dr Reena Ohm is a Specialist Prosthodontist and Associate Lecturer at the University of Queensland. She has vast experience in both private & public settings having worked in the Emergency & Trauma departments in Westmead Hospital, Redfern Aboriginal Dental Service, Sydney Dental Hospital & Wollongong Hospital before moving exclusively into private practice.

Reena is involved in curriculum development and teaching at the University of Queensland in addition to her time in private practice. This led to her research on “Accuracy of intraoral scanners in making digital impressions in partially edentulous ridges”. She was awarded the Research Medallion for her thesis presentation by the Australian Osseointegration Society. Her interests include fixed and removable prosthodontics, management of worn dentition, digital technologies in implant planning, 3D printing, occlusion, and contemporary dental materials.

She is a member of the Australian Prosthodontic Society (APS), Australian Dental Association (ADA), The Academy of Australian and New Zealand Prosthodontists (AANZP) and the International College of Prosthodontists (ICP). Reena is also a Fellow of the International College of Dentists.
