PRESENTER BIOGRAPHY

Ellen Krajnc

Originally, Ellen trained as a dental assistant and after working in this field for over 20 years had a career change into the corporate world of dentistry. Ellen spent 7 years at Ivoclar Vivadent in a sales role created for their Swiss implant range at the time, which was called ITI. The Company who made the implants is Straumann, and Ellen worked with them for 15 years working in roles covering Product Management, Sales, Strategic Business Management and Training.
In early 2021, Ellen returned to dental assisting, working with the clinicians she had assisted early in her career and harnessing the experience those 22 years of working in implant dentistry provided. Ellen continues to work as a Dental Assistant, and it was the changes to the way clinicians and their dental assistants now operate that sees Ellen’s refined skill in four handed dentistry in demand. This highlighted to Ellen the need to review the effectiveness and efficiency of four handed dentistry.
Ellen is also a qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor.
