Course Overview
Dental materials are only as good as the way they are used, and sometimes a great material does not get the best outcome because of a few simple errors along the way. eMax is an amazingly aesthetic and versatile material, but it has its limits and getting the most from eMax requires knowing a little about it.
In this program, attendees will learn about the relevant physical properties of eMax, its strength, shades and masking ability. Michael will go into some detail on case selection and the appropriate applications for this material, in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for anterior and posterior crowns, onlays and veneers. This will include indications, shade selection, tooth preparation and cementation sequences. Attendees will then have the opportunity to practice tooth preparations for eMax restorations, including an exercise to explain the role of Immediate Dentine Sealing (IDS) for more challenging cases.
Join Michael for an a very full day about all things eMax !
