Course Overview
As a dentist, you are expected to uphold a high standard of professional behaviour, that warrants the trust and respect of the community.
What are the consequences if your conduct, within the practice setting or your private life, is not meeting this high standard?
Even a minor criminal charge can have a devastating effect on your professional registration.
A wide range of case studies are presented where Australian dentists have committed various crimes, many ending up in jail with their AHPRA registration cancelled.
Court transcripts from trials involving dentists are presented to show how tribunals will assess your compliance with professional standards.
